The Florida State Seminoles survived against the Oregon Ducks on Saturday evening to go into total control of the NCAA Regional they are playing in, the Norwich Regional. FSU won 6-4 over Oregon.
The way the regionals work, it is almost certain the Seminoles will advance. Regionals are double elimination, and since FSU has advanced to the championship with no losses, they will have to be beat twice to lose the Regional.
FSU will have to watch and see who they play tomorrow night. They’ll play the winner of the elimination game between Connecticut and Oregon. As said earlier, the winner of that game between the Ducks and the Huskies will have to beat FSU twice to win the regional.
Congratulations to the Noles!
